Aldergrove

The Aldergrove Community Plan serves to facilitate long-range orderly development, guide day-to-day decision-making, form the basis for capital works programs, and guide the preparation and adoption of land-use regulating bylaws.

Central Gordon Estate

The Central Gordon Estate Neighbourhood Plan guides future growth by establishing a decision-making framework for land use, natural environment, community facilities, engineering services, and transportation. 

Jericho

The Jericho Sub-Neighbourhood Plan guides growth and development in Willoughby's East and West Latimer, Township of Langley. It envisions a large-scale, innovative, and comprehensively planned, neighborhood, mixed-use residential, commercial, institutional activities, and public facilities.

Carvolth

The Carvolth Neighbourhood Plan envisions a transit-oriented, walkable, and urban place at the Township of Langley gateway. It aims for high-quality design, housing-jobs balance, and sustainability, projecting 5,000 residents and 12,800 jobs by 2041 build-out.

Latimer

Authorized in 2010, the Latimer Neighbourhood Plan, adopted by Council, is part of the broader Willoughby Community Plan. It provides detailed guidance for future growth and development, complemented by an engineering servicing plan.

Murrayville

Murrayville, located east of Langley City along Fraser Highway, spans 550 hectares with residential, agricultural, institutional, and commercial/industrial uses. Limited growth due to lack of sewer system; recent construction anticipates higher future growth rates.

Smith

The Smith Neighbourhood Plan, within the Willoughby Community Plan, details future growth in Willoughby. It is accompanied by an Engineering Services Plan that identifies the location and capacity of infrastructure.

North East Gordon

The Northeast Gordon Estate Plan guides growth for a livable, environmentally sustainable, and fiscally responsible community. It offers detailed frameworks for land use, residential, and commercial development, environmental protection, and community facilities.

South West Gordon

The Southwest Gordon Estate Neighbourhood Plan, covers 103 hectares, aligns with the Willoughby Community Plan. It details land use, community facilities, infrastructure, development prerequisites, staging, and design guidelines.

Routley

Willoughby, designated for urban development in Langley Township, requires detailed Neighbourhood Plans. The Routley Neighbourhood Plan focuses on land use, community facilities, infrastructure, and financing, guiding development within a defined sub-area.

Walnut Grove

Walnut Grove, adopted the Walnut Grove Community Plan in 1979. Envisioned as a balanced self-contained community, it features residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. The estimated population is around 22,000 at full development.

Williams

The Williams Neighbourhood Plan outlines the vision, goals, and policies for growth in the Williams neighborhood over the next 20 years. It establishes a development framework, addressing land use, parks, greenways, mobility, utilities, and financial strategy.

Yorkson

The Yorkson Neighbourhood Plan guides future growth by establishing a decision-making framework for land use, natural environment, community facilities, engineering services, and transportation.
